Anastasios Raptis, MD, PhD
Anastasios Raptis, MD, PhD, is a clinical assistant professor of medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. Raptis specializes in hematological malignancies, leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, Hodgkin's and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and multiple myeloma.
Dr. Raptis received his medical degree and doctorate from School of Medicine, University of Ioannina, in Greece. He completed a residency at the Veterans Administration Medical Center and an additional residency at Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
Dr. Raptis is a member of professional organizations, such as, the American Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation, the American Society of Hematology, the American Society of Medical Oncology, the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Internal Medicine, and the European Society of Medical Oncology.
