Lindsay Bira, PhD

Lindsay Bira, Ph.D., is a clinical health psychologist, TEDx speaker and adjunct Asst. Professor of Psychiatry at UT Health San Antonio. Her clinical research specialties are behavioral medicine, PTSD and trauma. She completed her Ph.D. in clinical health psychology from the University of Miami, residency at Harvard Medical School and Boston University School of Medicine and a 2-year fellowship in trauma psychology. Her work has been featured and referenced in Science Magazine,The Atlantic, U.S. News & World Report and more.
