Sogol Sepehri, MD, HMD, CHCQM

Dr. Sogol Sepehri is a board certified internist with nearly a decade of experience in hospital medicine. She started her career as a full time hospitalist at St. David’s North Austin Medical Center shortly after completing her residency at Scott and White Hospital. During her time as a hospitalist, she developed a passion for physician documentation improvement as well as quality metrics such as hospital acquired infections. She completed her training in the field and is certified in health care quality and management by the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians. She then moved on to becoming the Central and West Texas Division Physician Advisor for HCA and has been working since then to improve physician documentation and query responses. She hopes to help her colleagues overcome some of the challenges that they face with our current healthcare system.
