Educational Objectives 

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to: 

  • Explain knowledge on the limitations and advantages of minimally invasive compared to open pancreaticoduodenectomy
  • Identify knowledge of national trends of adoption of robotic and laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy and their respective outcomes
  • Follow recommended processes and procedures for safe implementation of a robotic pancreatic program, including importance of learning curve, robotic training curriculum and biotissue practice
