Alex Weltz, research technologist at The Johns Hopkins University, discusses his abstract presentation at the Eighth World Congress of Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery on the importance of telemetric biopotential electrocardiographic monitoring in a porcine model of complete atrioventricular block. The goal of this research is to understand progression of atrial and ventricular activity in a porcine complete atrioventricular block model.
