Per Oral Endoscopic Myotomy for Type II vs Type III Achalasia with EndoFLIP 2.0

In this case the patient is a 61-year-old woman with history of anxiety and depression presenting for the management of her Achalasia. The symptoms have been present for two years with an ASA classification of two.
