How to Be a Good Parent During COVID-19

Aliza W. Pressman, PhD, helps parents meet the challenges of helping children to understand the COVID-19 crisis and to cope with the changes in their routines. Dr. Pressman also highlights the need for parents to practice self-care, and discusses skills—from meditation to making—to create a sense of balance and well-being.
