Microsurgery for Bilateral Supratentorial Aneurysms

Dr. Rafael Tamargo, M.D., director of the Johns Hopkins Cerebrovascular Center, discusses the case of a 50 year old woman found to have incidental bilateral aneurysms. He will discuss his contralateral approach for microsurgical clipping of both aneurysms in one surgery through a single craniotomy.
