A male in his 50s presents with a right-sided neck mass that did not resolve with antibiotic treatment. He was diagnosed with HPV-related cancer, primarily of the tonsil, and opted for surgery. Postsurgical clinical surveillance measures are discussed, as well as available clinical trials.
