Sergey Kantsevoy, MD, performs DiLumen-assisted colon endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD). The patient is a 52 year old man with no significant PMH who underwent his first screening colonoscopy on 10/29/2017. Biopses showed tubular adenoma without high-grade dysplasia. CT scan was performed and found no metastatic disease. Patient was referred to colorectal surgery who recommended colonoscopy with EUS.
