George Coukos, MD, PhD, discusses the collaboration between the Jordan Center for Gynecologic Cancer and the Abramson Cancer Center. Women with recurrent ovarian, primary peritoneal and fallopian tube cancers may take part in advanced clinical trials in immunotherapy at the Penn Ovarian Cancer Research Center (OCRC) to investigate the use of vaccines manufactured from the patient’s own tumor followed by T cells expanded in culture from peripheral blood.
